Make ahead Egg Bites

These easy egg bites are perfect for the entire family. Make a large batch and freeze. High protein breakfast for busy mornings. Each family member can choose their preferred meat, cheese and veggies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a muffin tin with a non-stick cooking spray (approximately 10).

Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
Add ins - see below
Instructions
1. In large bowl whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper (I prefer to use the magic bullet to quickly blend)
2. Fill each muffin tin halfway with egg mixture.
3. Add in your favorite combination of veggies, meat and cheese.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through.
5. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then remove from pan and enjoy!
Serve immediately or freeze for later use.

Add ins:
chopped bacon, ham, sausage
shredded cheese (cheddar, paremsan, asiago, mozzarella)
crumbled feta or goat cheese
chopped veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomato etc.)
