My Favorite Keto Fudge

This easy 4 ingredients fudge is my go to sweet treat. My family loves to create new recipes by adding in nuts, seeds or experimenting with new flavors. Our favorite is adding in a little peppermint or mint extract for the holidays.


Ingredients


1 Stick Salted Butter

1 Bag of Keto-friendly Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Lily's or Bake Believe)

3 Tablespoons Dark Cocoa Powder

1 Tablespoon Keto-friendly Confectioner Sugar (Powdered Swerve)


Optional:

Flavoring (extract)- vanilla, mint, peppermint, almond, orange etc.

Nuts - almonds, pecans, peanuts

Sea salt


Instructions

1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together until smooth and well combined. Melt in a double boiler over medium heat. Remove from heat once melted.

2. Sift the powdered sweetener and dark cocoa powder into the melted mixture. Make sure to sift the powdered sugar and cocoa to ensure a smooth texture. Otherwise you will get lumps!!!

3. Stir everything together until the mixture is silky and all ingredients are fully incorporated.


Optional: add in preferred flavoring, nuts, seeds or sprinkle sea salt on top after step 5.


4. Use a silicone bread pan or line a 9x5 bread pan with parchment paper. This will make it easy to remove the fudge once it's set.

5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth it out evenly.

6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about one hour or until the fudge is firm.

7. Once the fudge has set, remove it from the pan. Cut it into squares of your desired size.



Store in an airtight container or bag

in the freezer.
