Bite-size Sliders (without the bun)

These sliders are so fun and simple to make. You can use either ground beef, turkey or chicken. Also the toppings are based on your preference. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces or condiments.


Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef (turkey or chicken)

Salt to season meat or other spices

Sliced Cheese (Cheddar, provolone, swiss)

Pickles

Olives

Tomato (cherry or grape)

Lettuce


Other options: sliced avocado, bacon, sliced muchrooms, onion, peppers


Instructions

  1. Heat a large saucepan or skillet on medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

  2. Form the beef (turkey or chicken) into 24 small patties and season with salt (or other spices to your liking).

  3. Fry the patties 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your preference. Depending on the size of the pan, you will need to cook patties in 2 or 3 batches.

  4. Assemble sliders. Place burger on plate and top with preferred toppings and secure with a toothpick (sliders pictured - patties topped with cheddar cheese, pickle, black olive, and tomato).

  5. Serve with a variety of sauces or condiments (ketchup, mustard, dressing, bbq sauce)
