This recipe is low-carb and keto friendly paired with steamed veggies or side salad.
Ingredients
2 pound pork tenderloin (I prefer smaller tenderloin and use 2 - one pound loins)
1 tablespoon minced Italian herbs (a blend of rosemary, thyme, and sage)
4 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons avocado oil

Garlic Butter
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Season the pork tenderloins
Using a fork, poke holes all over the pork tenderloin.
Stuff the holes with the minced garlic and herbs.
Season the tenderloin with sea salt and black pepper.
Cook the pork tenderloins
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Heat the avocado in a 10" or larger oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork for 3 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer the oven-proof skillet to the oven and bake pork for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F (If you do not ave an oven-proof skillet, transfer pork to a baking dish).
Remove the pork from oven and let rest as you prepare the garlic butter.
Make the garlic butter by simply mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
Slice the pork into 1" slices and drizzle with garlic butter and serve.
