Low Carb Lasagna

Cheesy and bubbly comfort food that is simply delicious. Makes 4-6 servings depending on size of each piece. This is an easy to prepare ahead dinner that you can freeze and reheat.

Ingredients
1 lb ground hamburg (or turkey)
1 jar Rao Marinara Sauce (or your own homemade recipe)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4-6 egglife wraps (original or italian)
Pepper, italian seasoning, grated parmesan cheese, garlic, onion
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Grease 2 quart round or oval baking dish
Brown ground meat on medium heat (add preferred seasonings - garlic, onion, italian seasoning, pepper etc.)
Mix in one jar of marinara sauce to cooked ground meat
Place a a little sauce on bottom of baking dish
Layer 2 egglife wraps, meat sauce mixture and shredded mozzarella.
Repeat - dish will hold about 3 layers
Baked for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly
If you do not mind a little extra carbs add in some ricotta or parmesan cheese.

Perfect comfort food without the quilt. Pair a side salad, broccoli or add spinach.
Let cool and cut in individual serving sizes before freezing.
