Nut and Butter Bites

This keto and low-carb sweet treat is amazing and so simple to make.

A definite favorite for the family or any gathering.

Enjoy right out of the freezer!


Ingredients


  • 1/4 C Butter, softened

  • 1/4 C Peanut Butter (or other Nut Butter)

  • 1 1/2 C Sliced Almonds (or mix of keto friendly nuts - pecans, walnuts, macadamias)

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Sugar

  • 1 Dropper Liquid Stevia (or another 1 T Swerve)

  • 1/4 C Chocolate Chips (Lily's or Bake Believe)





Instructions


1. Line a mini muffin pan (24) with paper liners

2. Melt the butter and nut butter together (microwave until smooth)

2. Add in vanilla and sweetener

3. Stir in Almonds (nuts)

4. Stir in the chocolate chips, drop them on top, or melt and drizzle

5. Divide among mini muffin tin, makes 24

6. Freeze 2+ hrs


Store in Freezer in sealed container.
