Quick & Simple Keto-Friendly Tomato Soup

Memories of childhood - tomato soup and grilled cheese on Saturday afternoons.

This simple 10 minute recipe is keto friendly and only 5 ingredients.



Ingredients

24 oz jar of low-carb marinara sauce (Rao's, Victoria)

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 Tbsp tomato paste

2 Tbsp sugar free granulated (swerve, monkfruit, erythritol)

salt & pepper to taste


Add in options: red pepper flakes, basil, shredded cheese, cheese crisps


For a Spicy Tomato Soup use Arrabbiatta marinara sauce



Directions:


1. Stir ingredients together in a pot over medium hot.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes.


DONE!!!!
